ACQUISITION BY METEOR PARKING

We have completed the sale of Nikaro Limited to Meteor Parking Limited.

Meteor’s principal activity is car parking, operating car parks at a number of airports, railway stations and shopping centres. In addition it has a security services division providing manned guarding, revenue protection and related services to a number of clients, predominantly in the South-East of England.

Nikaro business will continue operating as it has done before. It is our unique approach to our business that attracted Meteor to acquire Nikaro and it is their intention to continue to build the business independently from its existing operations. Therefore the service that we provide will not be affected in any way by this change of ownership.

Peter Chapman has been appointed Managing Director, succeeding Bob Shearsmith. Bob will be remaining with the business for some time in a consultancy role, working with me to develop the business. We are looking forward to the new challenges and to continuing our long and successful relationship with our customers and service providers.
