Service Partners’ Performance
We are very proud of the performance from the network:
• 95% of response times were within the Association of Chief Police Officers’( ACPO) '20 min' recommendation
• 96% of Alarm Activation Reports were submitted on time
Membership of the NIKARO National Security Network
We are always seeking to extend the quality of our service and as our business grows there are opportunities to increase the network.
Over 20 new companies have been added to the network in the last 12 months and five companies were removed. This brings the total number of our Service Partners to over 180 members nationwide.
