
Void Property Inspections (VPI’s)
Void Property Inspections are fast becoming a requirement of insurance companies to ensure both the integrity of the buildings and contents as well as ensuring that Health and Safety of employees and the general public at large.
A property becoming vacant does not relinquish the responsibility for that property from the owner and the best way to ensure that this property(s) stays in it’s current condition is to have it regularly checked by a suitable qualified and experienced security officer.
These inspections can be done daily, weekly or monthly dependant on the customer’s requirements. The patrolling officer will be looking for sign of intrusion, damage both deliberate and otherwise, health and safety issues, basic maintenance needs, obvious loss of property (fixtures & fittings etc) and any other special requirements.
Due to the nature of this type of service these inspections can be carried out randomly, both day and night and on different days throughout the period.
